Product Development: An ever evolving process
Product Development is the driving force and the process of building a product using technical resources and human power in form of engineers. Product development goes through a number of different phases. It is more like a circle, because products rarely stand still and have to adapt to the ever-changing market. Your job as a Product Manager is to seamlessly guide your team through the product development cycle and act as a supervisor, consultant and overall talent for technical questions. Stakeholders expect timely updates throughout the process and it is your job to collect status reports so everyone is up-to-date on the progress.
